Car Crash Against Allstate? How To Handle An Allstate Car Accident

Car Crash Against Allstate? What to Know and How To Increase Your Chances At Full Recovery For You Car Accident Injuries.

Do you have an injury case involveding a car crash against Allstate or an Allstate insured?

Well, I’m going to tell you the things that Allstate does to try and defeat your injury claim.

My office handles lots and lots of Allstate injury claims both fall downs, but mainly car accidents.

That’s because Allstate has a big portion of the Chicago car market for insurance. Every insurance company handles injury claims differently.  But lots of people have an injury case which involves a car crash against Allstate.

Computer Analysis

The first thing you should know about Allstate is they have a computer system called “Colossus”.

Allstate enters data about the crash and your injuries into the computer system and the computer system tells them a range of what should be offered.

So having an attorney in an Allstate injury case is pretty smart because the attorney can go through your medical records and put all the details about all the injuries you sustained into the computer system and that actually increases the settlement offer.

In fact they even make books for lawyers that teach them how to get a better offers for the same case.  That' s not just Allstate.  That includes most every car insurance company.  They all use usecomputer evaluation systems to tell them what to offer.

I bought all the books and courses, and then developed my own proprietary system for settling car accident cases for maximim value. I call my unique system for settling cases the "Case Factor 7 System" and it is head and shoulder above what other car accident law firms do.

So here are the three things they like to do if you have a car accident against Allstate:

1. They try to settle injury cases quick and short.

They settle them quick before you’ve even recovered from your injuries because what happens if your injuries are permanent or have a permanent component or you need surgery or some extensive medical treatment?

If they settle the case with you directly before you talk to a lawyer then the case is over and you can’t go back and ask for more money.

They offer very little money. What happens is they offer you some money above your medical bills and then they want to contact your doctors and cut your doctor’s bills down. This really just ends up saving them money.

2. The next thing they always try to do is get a recorded statement from you.

If you’ve watched any of my other videos, they really explain why you should never do that without first talking to a lawyer.

Basically, they use a script written by a lawyer. They ask you questions than 90% of the time confuses the person answering.  You give bad answers because the questions are hard to answer and confusing.  Then, the insurance company and their lawyers use it as an excuse to reject your injury case or offer you a very small settlement.

Consult with a top injury lawyer before giving a recorded statement if you had a car crash against Allstate.

3. The last technique that Allstate uses in their injury cases that I see all the time is they make an offer to an injured person and when the injured person wants to negotiate that offer they stop calling.

All of a sudden they don’t call you back it’s hard to get them on the telephone. This is a way of them putting pressure on you to take their first offer.

This happens at other insurance companies, too.  The closer you get to your 2 year deadline, called a Statute of Limitations, the more it can become difficult to reacxh an insurance adjuster.

If you miss the filing deadline on your car accident case, you can be in trouble. If you try to settle or file a law suit after that date, your case can be dismissed and you can be barred from recovering any money for medical expenses, time off work or even disability and the pain and suffering.  That's true whether you injuries are minor or major in your car crash against Allstate.

That's why I always tell people to get a free consultation from a car accident lawyer who can correctly calculate your deadlines and protect them for you.  In fact, its a good idea because an experienced lawyer wiull know how to defend against the standard techniques insurance companies use to beat injury claims.

Put it this way: if you were in a cookie baking contest, and you never baked cookies before?  And you opponent baked cookies for a living?  Wouldn't you want your friend the Chef to come over and help you?

That's why I tell injured people to consult with a lawyer early on in any injury case. Because the earlier you have a lawyer, the better they can position your case for maximum value.  That means all of your bills get paid, and you get paid for time lost from work, disability, pain and suffering, all of it.

These sort of techniques and strategies are used by most all of car insurance companies.  Their goal is to win your case before you have the chance to talk to a lawyer.

Why not get a free consultation?

Here how it goes:

  • You call for free (or I can call you).
  • I listen to your story.
  • I answer your questions & concerns.
  • I tell you my plan for your situation.
  • You can hire me or not hire me, your choice.
  • Either way, we end up as friends.
